Dear Sunset Ridge Owners:
The health and safety of our residents is one of our top priorities. As we find ourselves in the midst of growing concerns with the COVID-19 virus spreading, the community will be suspending access to the Clubhouse until further notice effective today, Wednesday March 18, 2020 – this includes private reservations and access to the exercise facility as well as any community gatherings planned during this time. This decision is based on recommendations of both state and federal authorities as well as the Center for Disease Control (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/large-events/index.html ).
The Board of Directors, along with Premier Management, are actively monitoring this situation as conditions continue to evolve. We encourage all residents to practice the preventive recommendations as published by the CDC.
