Hello, Sunset Ridge!

We collected 430 pounds of food last month!  Outstanding!

PORCH food drive is coming up and the NEED IS GREAT!  

This is our Thanksgiving Food Drive.

Drop off dates are

November 7, 8, 9, …Friday, Saturday, Sunday…from 7am til 7pm.

Where:  7016 Sevilleen Dr. SW, Ocean Isle Beach

We will be sorting on Monday, Nov. 10 at 1:00 pm.

We will be packing and delivering to

The Lord’s Pantry on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at noon.

Please consider volunteering for either day.  Just text me your name and availability and I’ll add you to the list. Just a reminder if you choose to email, please do not respond to this email directly. Please email me personally at

Here is a list of items that are always needed:

Think Thanksgiving!!!

Stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, instant potatoes, yams, vegies, Jiffy mix, fruit

          Cereal, oatmeal, grits

Canned fruit

Canned vegetables and sweet potatoes

Soup, chili

Canned pasta, mac and cheese

Canned/dried beans of any kind

Canned tuna/chicken

Rice, boxed or canned potatoes

Boxed pasta, tomato sauce 

Peanut butter/jelly

Boxed milk, juice

Pancake mix, cake mix, maple syrup

Birthday Box donations:  any flavor cake mixes, Funfetti frosting, candles
